Over a period of six years, Sebastião Salgado traveled across the Brazilian Amazon to capture photographs of this extraordinary area's peerless beauty: its woodlands, waterways, mountain ranges, and the inhabitants residing there — an irreplaceable wealth belonging to all humankind.
